Alex John-Duarte

Alex John-Duarte is a Welsh singer songwriter born and brought up in the small village of Mathry on the Pembrokeshire coast. Having experimented with a range of genres, he has incorporated his own original sound with melodic lyrics and catchy verses heavily taking inspiration from artists such as Ben Howard, Sam Fender and John Mayer. Having spent the last 8 years working on different projects around the UK from the age of 17, Alex has finally emerged with the confidence to take on his own self titled project. With a catalogue of songs written over the last 2 years about the difficulties of growing up in the modern age, mental health and falling in love, Alex looks to become the next progressive homegrown Welsh artist with a string of releases planned over 2024.
