Slinky Malinky

Slinky Malinky are a Cardiff new-wave band whose songs feel like overheard conversations. Drawing from the post-punk energy of 1970s New York and the lineage of Television and Talking Heads, their music values tension and personality over excess.

The band recently signed to BWGiBWGAN and released their second single, ‘Venus’, which forms part of their upcoming EP, arriving in summer 2026. Having already supported Little Grandad, they continue to build momentum with forthcoming appearances at Rebel Fest and BOIA Festival.
